Stampede Park covers 193 acres of land, and during the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth, it contains hundreds or buildings, kiosks, stages, tents, rides and enclosures. Add to that tens of thousands of people every day, and it can all get a little confusing. That’s where Guest Services come in. Each year they help people find their way to their favourite events by producing lots of signage and by having lots of friendly people on hand to point visitors in the right direction.
The Calgary Stampede also helps you enjoy your visit by planting more than 30,000 flowers on park, and by making sure the area is kept clean, with lots of receptacles to recycle and dispose of unwanted items. From finding lost kids to welcoming visitors in their language, there are plenty of other ways we make our guests feel comfortable.
