Calgary – Round up your family and head down to Stampede Park for Cenovus Family Day on Sunday, July 8, 2018!
“There isn’t a better way to celebrate family than with free admission to Stampede Park and a free pancake breakfast!” says Kyle Corner, Manager Entertainment, Programming at the Calgary Stampede. “We invite the community to come down and enjoy all of the fun on the Midway, which will be open earlier than usual.”
Cenovus Family Day features free admission to Stampede Park from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. and a free pancake breakfast for the first 25,000 guests, while supplies last. Breakfast will be served on the Grandstand tarmac.
“We’re excited to be continuing our partnership with the Calgary Stampede and look forward to serving up breakfast to visitors to the grounds!” says Leanne Courchesne, Cenovus Group Lead Community Investment. “We always welcome the opportunity to give back to the communities where we live and work.”
The Midway, BMO Centre and Stampede Market will open early at 9 a.m. plus the Monster Energy Compound and Canine Stars will have special early morning performances.
