Canadian National Miniature Horse Show – Watch miniature horses compete in various classes at the Calgary Stampede Miniature Horse Show.

Cow Horse Fence Spectacular Finals– This year we will be showcasing a Cow Horse Fence Spectacular in addition to the traditional working cow horse classes. The best cow horse riders in Canada will be showcasing their talent center stage, going down the fence in the Nutrien Western Event Centre

Heavy Horse Pull – Come out and watch the extreme power and strength as teams of two horses pull sleds carrying more than five times their body weight

Stampede Stories

  • Bulls After Dark - Starting at 10 p.m. July 12 and July 13, the electrifying event combines the excitement of bull riding and the extreme sport of bull freestyling with live music and a feature DJ. See cowboys with nerves of steel pull off the wildest rides and outrageous stunts in this exclusive, high-energy experience.
  • Monster Energy Compound – Adrenaline fueled compound showcasing FMX Freestyle Motocross riders performing high-flying flips, tricks and stunts. The show ends with a special encore performed with the Stampede fireworks lighting up the sky.
    • First International Rider – Genki “Wanky” Watanabe from Osaka, Japan.
