Western Heritage Day: Seniors and accompanying guests may enter the park starting at 9:30 a.m. Seniors get in free. Free coffee and treats at the Saddledome Steps from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Final night of Stampede Talent Search Preliminaries, starting at 6:30 p.m. in the Boyce Theatre.
Youth and Agriculture in Action Showcase - Members of various 4-H clubs throughout Alberta will showcase their projects, talents and skills in the Ag Barn. They are encouraged to create dynamic, interactive displays, practice public speaking and highlight the benefits of youth involvement in 4-H.
The showcase will be on park from Tuesday, July 12 to Sunday, July 17 and will be open for the duration of each day.
Niki Flundra – Professional Trick Rider, Liberty Horse Entertainer and Stunt Woman, watch as Niki and her horse perform in unison with beautiful music. Performing in the Agrium Western Event Centre at 10:30 and 5:30, and in the Northern Lights Arena at 6:30.

- In the midst of the Year of Music, the Stampede Talent Search has three former champions in prominent roles with the Calgary Stampede. 1992 champ Paul Brandt was a Parade Marshal, 2012 winner Annika Odegard is the host of the highly-successful 2016 Grandstand Show 'Grand Spectacular', and Christian Hudson, the 2016 winner, played on the Coca-Cola stage during Sneak-A-Peek.
- BMO Kids' Day features the 2016 BMO Jr. Reporters, Saboor Zeeshan, 10, and Baindu Sambola, 11, this year's lucky winners. They'll have the chance to get a full Stampede experience and interview a chuckwagon driver, rodeo athlete and more special guests around the Stampede Park.
