Today’s story ideas

  • Bareback Rider Steven Peebles is back on the riggin for the 2016 Calgary Stampede after sitting out last years event with a near death injury to go along with a broken back he sustained this winter. On his first ride since that broken back, Peebles posted an 85.50 to lead Day 1 in Pool B standings. Look for him to continue his comeback at the Calgary Stampede as he vies for a spot in Showdown Sunday.
  • The Kids Chili Cook Off in the Calgary Co-op Kitchen Theater features members of the Boys & Girls Club of Calgary making Chili from scratch, each with their own special ingredient.
