Calgary – The Calgary Stampede is thrilled to announce the addition of the Elements of Bollywood show, happening daily in the International Pavilion of the Big Four building, July 6 – 16. The exhilarating performance, put on by Toronto-based dance group Infuzion Artistry, will showcase a fusion of traditional and modern style dance, including Bollywood, hip-hop and Bhangra, leaving audience members dancing in their seats.

“We are always looking for opportunities to bring our guests new and exciting experiences at the Stampede each year,” says Kelsey Van Raay, entertainment coordinator at the Calgary Stampede. “Bollywood Infuzion is sure to add that excitement and flare to our daily entertainment lineup.”

The show tells a story rooted in the four elements—earth, wind, fire and water—and has a strong emphasis on production and elaborate costumes.

“We are excited to be a part of the Calgary Stampede this year,” says Pamesha Pande, co-creative director at Infuzion Artistry. “We take pride in producing and showcasing our art and delivering memorable entertainment to audiences, while inspiring our dancers and artists to pursue their passions,” adds Pande.

Infuzion Artistry has performed for a wide variety of audiences, from the Toronto Raptors half-time show to national and international festivals, competitions and events. The group has won first place two years in a row at the Bollywood Dance Canada competition and won best female group at the Bollywood America competition.
