Calgary – Stampede Entertainment Inc. is excited to announce that The Trews Acoustic will bring their highly acclaimed acoustic tour to Flames Central on Saturday, February 20. Joining The Trews will be very special guest Rich Robinson.
Canadian rock band The Trews have made their name dishing intense, hooky, melodic rock and roll, winning fans and critics worldwide – not to mention heaps of awards and countless radio hits pulled from numerous albums and EPs. The Trews discovered, serendipitously, that turning down the volume actually dialed up the heat. The Trews Acoustic was created.
With over 25 million albums sold, Rich Robinson, best known as the guitarist, songwriter, and founder of The Black Crowes, stands ready to complete the solo artist evolution that he began ten years earlier. Robinson’s latest solo effort, The Ceaseless Sight, was released to critical acclaim in June 2014.
Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, November 20 at 10 a.m. for $34.50 at Ticketmaster. Calgary Stampede Insiders have an opportunity to pre-purchase tickets for all shows from Tuesday, November 17 at 10 a.m. to Thursday, November 19 at 10 p.m.
