Media accreditation is reserved for reporters, videographers, photographers, and producers who are on assignment, or directly employed by, or on assignment for, a recognized media outlet.
All applications are considered on an individual basis, however, applying for media accreditation to cover the Calgary Stampede does not guarantee approval.
All media accreditation applications must be submitted through our online application form when applications open. We are unable to accept applications submitted in-person or via email. To be as fair, efficient and respectful as possible of the time constraints of our media team, late accreditation requests will not be approved.
The Calgary Stampede welcomes content creators who help share the spirit of Stampede through authentic, engaging and community-minded content.
A limited number of content creator passes are being made available this year and due to capacity not all applications can be approved.
More details will be available when the accreditation process launches.
