Calgary – The Calgary Stampede is dancing, marching and trotting into 2023 and we would love for you to join us! We are excited to announce that applications for entry into the 2023 Stampede Parade are now open and invite you to celebrate this news with live performances.

Event: 2023 Calgary Stampede Parade Entries Event

Date: Thursday, January 26, 2023

Time: Event Begins              11 a.m.

          Brief Remarks             11:05 a.m.

          Performances begin     11:10 a.m.

          Media Scrum begins    11:20 a.m. (Followed by 1:1 interviews)

          Event wraps up           11:45 a.m.    

Location: Doherty Hall (623 13 Ave SE)

*Parking is available directly behind Doherty Hall, in Lot 18. Please click the link below to view the advisory online, in order to view the parking map.

Performances by:

  • SkipTime Calgary’s first jump rope club! This Performance team performs high energy entertaining shows to promote the sport of jump rope around Calgary and will be part of the 2023 Calgary Stampede Parade.

  • Hispanic Arts Society A non-profit organization dedicated to the Hispanic arts and culture. This performance group will ignite the Parade route through cultural Hispanic dance.

  • YYC PRINCESS A Stampede Parade fan favourite, Characters such as Cinderella, Peter Pan, Rapunzel and Belle inspire imagination and play in the young and young at heart.

Parade entries now open and will close on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
