The excitement kicks off with the chance to win the 2025 Calgary Stampede Rotary Dream Home! Constructed by our partners at Homes by Avi, the 2025 Rotary Dream Home is the most valuable Dream Home package to date, valued at $1.49 million. This 2,480 sq. ft. home will be in the coveted southwest Calgary community of Sirocco. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is where mid-century meets modern with warm and moody retro tones featured throughout. Picture organic stone, earthy wood and matte black and gold accents. The home also includes a covered deck and home office on the main level, and a spacious bonus room, laundry room and ensuite bathroom on the second level. In addition to the home and furniture package, the winner will also take home $50,000 in cash!
