Whether you’re planning the perfect day on the Midway, getting ready to rock a Stampede concert or gearing up for some gritty action at the Rodeo, it all starts with mapping your way to Stampede 2025.
If you’re planning on arriving on two feet, two wheels, four wheels, or any combination in between, Stampede Park is ready to welcome you to The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth!
All roads lead to Stampede 2025, with road closures supporting the developments in the surrounding Culture + Entertainment District paused for easy access to Stampede Park.
Getting to Stampede Park
No matter where you're coming from, there are many convenient ways to get to Stampede Park:
Rideshare with Uber
Catch a ride with Uber, the Calgary Stampede’s brand-new Official and Exclusive Rideshare Partner!
Uber offers Stampede guests dedicated pick-up and drop-off zones in close proximity to Stampede Park and will also be sharing in-app promotional offers to support the ease of access during our annual celebration. Travel to and from Stampede Park with Uber safely and accessibly, whether you’re coming to Stampede in the early morning for a Value Day breakfast or catching a late-night ride home after some two-stepping fun at Nashville North.
There are two dedicated Uber pick-up/drop-off zones: one located on Macleod Trail next to the Victoria Park Stampede LRT Station, and the second located at the Erlton exit at the south end of Stampede Park off 25 Ave SE.
In addition to these primary locations, Uber riders can also take advantage of a dedicated Uber drop-off zone along 14 Ave SE between Stampede Trail and 5 St. For pick-ups when exiting via the Stampede Trail entrance, riders can connect with their driver on 10 Ave SE between 3 and 4 Street SE.
Designated Taxi drop-off and pickup is also available on Macleod Trail next to the Victoria Park Stampede LRT Station, along Stampede Trail between 13 Ave and 14 Ave SE, and at the Erlton exit at the south end of Stampede Park off 25 Ave SE.
Calgary Transit
All aboard the Stampede Express!
With 24-hour CTrain service, extended hours on many bus routes and two Express Stampede bus routes, transit is a great way to get to Stampede Park. You can take the Red Line to Erlton Stampede Station or Victoria Park Stampede Station, which will bring you right to the action. Calgary Transit will also be increasing the amount of some train cars from three to four during Stampede 2025.

Driving
All major intersections in the area are now open!
To help keep things moving smoothly, several one-way detours will be in effect along 5 St SE, 14 Ave SE and Stampede Trail, making it easier for drop-offs at the north end of Stampede Park.
Before you head to the Midway, check out the Culture + Entertainment District Stampede 2025 Access Map for the latest traffic routes and designated drop-off zones.
Parking is available north of the BMO Centre at the corner of Macleod Trail and 12 Ave, and north of Stampede Park in the 11 Ave lot. Accessible parking is also available in Lot 10 and the Saddledome A Parking Lot, accessed via 14th Ave and 5th Street SE.
Bikes, Scooters & Walking
A two-wheeled transportation approach to Stampede Park is also an easy and accessible option with bike lanes in the area open. Bike and scooter parking will be available at every entrance to Stampede Park.
Sidewalks in and around Stampede Park are also open, allowing for easy pedestrian access.
Navigating Around Stampede Park
With so much to see and do during Stampede 2025, here are some hot tips on closest entrances to some of our biggest attractions.
For the closest access to the Rodeo and Evening Show in GMC Stadium, the Dog Bowl presented by Safeway, Nashville North and the Coca-Cola Stage, use the Erlton (South) Entrance.
For the best access to the Stampede Cellar Champions Wine Experience, The Market and the Stage of Wonders shows in the BMO Centre and Midway Food and Games, use the Victoria Park (West) Entrance.
And if you’re here for a Saddledome event (Shania Twain, the Calgary Surge or the Stampede Powwow), a Monster Energy Compound freestyle motocross show, Elbow River Camp, or the Great FUNtier kids’ Midway, access is easiest from the Stampede Trail (North) Entrance.
If you need to beat the heat or rest your feet, there is more seating, more shade and more air-conditioned spaces. From the air-conditioned Range Food Hall on the lower level of The Big Four Building, to the Western Oasis and the BMO Community Square in the BMO Centre, find snacks, shade and seats in more places.
With so much to do and see at Stampede 2025, plan your visit in advance! Download the Stampede App on the Apple App Store or get it on Google Play.
