Prepare to be enchanted, amazed and thrilled at the Calgary Stampede’s Stage of Wonders featuring an electrifying new show: The Neon Frontier! Included with Stampede Park admission, and located in Hall D of the BMO Centre, you can’t miss this all-Canadian, high-octane experience.

“This year, we’re pushing the boundaries with two breathtaking shows featuring jaw-dropping illusions and death-defying escapes,” says Talore Peterson, Entertainment Manager at the Calgary Stampede. “The Stage of Wonders is where storytelling meets futuristic spectacle under the glow of neon lights. And this year, the laughs take the spotlight too, with Stampede Stand-Up adding a fresh dose of all-Canadian comedy to the lineup.”

Step into a dazzling world where vibrant lights paint the skyline, reality bends at will, and danger is always just one heartbeat away. This year’s double bill blends high-tech displays, cinematic visuals, and world-class entertainment into two unforgettable shows—five times daily and six on value days:

Neon Frontier: Magician & the Muse

The Magician & the Muse is a spellbinding Las Vegas-style illusion show starring real-life couple and performers Sean Watson and Chanelle Munroe - Canada’s only professional Métis Magician. Together, they conjure a mesmerizing mix of mind-bending magic everyone can enjoy.

“Together, we’ve created a show that blends romance, tradition, and jaw-dropping magic,” says Munroe. “Whether you’re a die-hard magic fan or just wandered in from the midway, you’re in for a wild ride!”

Part homage and part reinvention, guests can expect cowboys in chrome, saloons glowing in ultraviolet light, and magic that blurs the line between science and synth. At the Neon Frontier, nothing is quite as it seems in the high-energy mystery realm where the wild west meets a retro-futuristic dream.

Neon Frontier: Jaws of Death and Water Escape

Adrenaline junkies, brace yourselves. Internationally acclaimed escapologist Dean Gunnarson will have you on the edge of your seat with two death-defying escapes in rotating performance: Jaws of Death and Underwater Escape.

Known for his daring escapes and wild stunts, Gunnarson holds two Guinness World Records and was named the “World’s Most Daring Escape Artist” by Ripley’s Believe It or Not. With two performances daily, witness true fearlessness as the world-renowned escapologist faces two heart-stopping feature acts in rotation.

One Night Only: Stampede Stand-Up!
