Calgary – One of the best-selling bands of all time is bringing their Grammy award winning sound to Stampede 2023. The Calgary Stampede is excited to announce that ALABAMA will rock the ‘Dome on Saturday, July 8.

“ALABAMA’s music is timeless and their show is second to none,” says Adam Oppenheim, President, Stampede Entertainment Inc. “We know that country music fans of every age are going to be thrilled to sing along to the non-stop hits.”

With 43 number one singles and more than 80 million albums sold, ALABAMA is one of the most successful bands in music history. Credited with taking country music from the side stage to the main stage, ALABAMA introduced rock style guitars, lights, pyrotechnics and sounds to the country audience. Their breakthrough album My Home’s In Alabama is just one of their more than twenty certified platinum records, and their countless hits include I’m in a Hurry (And Don’t Know Why) and Mountain Music. Off the stage ALABAMA is known for their philanthropy, having raised more than $250 million dollars for charity.

Tickets for the all-ages show go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 10 at 10 a.m. (MST), with prices starting at $49.99, plus applicable fees and taxes. Concert tickets include admission to the Calgary Stampede on the day of the concert so fans can experience all the fun Stampede has to offer before and after the show.
